We aim to dispatch your purchase to you within 2-3 days – if there’s any delay we’ll let you know. Normal Parcel Post rates are included in the item price. Please let us know if you’d like to arrange Express Post (cost will be slightly higher). We ship via Australia Post and use recycled or sustainable packaging whenever possible, although sometimes plastic bubble wrap is necessary for fragile items. At least bubble wrap can be reused many times… (unless there’s someone in your household who can’t resist popping those bubbles!).


We try to make sure the photographs and descriptions of our pots are as accurate as possible. Sometimes, though, a pot’s appearance may differ slightly from that shown/described in the shop listing or photo. This may be due to the variability of the studio handcrafting process, or to technical issues with photography/digital representation. Every handcrafted pot is unique, and minor variations or imperfections, which don’t affect the usability of the pot, are usually considered acceptable. In fact, they often add to the handcrafted character and individual charm of the item!

However, if you discover a significant flaw or defect in the pot (which was not caused by inappropriate use or handling after you received it, and was not mentioned in the description of the pot when you purchased it), or if a pot you order is broken or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days, with a description of the problem. Please send us a photo clearly showing the damaged or defective item (and its packaging, if damaged in transit). Let us know if you’d prefer a refund or a replacement item (subject to available stock – if no replacement is possible, we will provide a refund).
